The ProblemThrough our experiences in volunteering at and managing nonprofits, student groups, and various projects, we became frustrated with the awkward, inefficient, and noisy process of e-mail tag which acted as the foundation for many collaborative efforts. When we tried other services, we found that they only addressed parts of the issue. In many cases, these other systems only added to the confusion and frustration.
